Pax Aeternum – How We Help You Honor a Loved One

A simple, steady process during a difficult time

A Clear Path Forward

When someone you love passes, even simple decisions can feel overwhelming. My role is to make this part of the journey calm, clear, and supportive. The process is designed to be gentle, structured, and easy to follow, no pressure, no confusion, and no need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Here’s how we move from first contact to a finished tribute that honors your loved one with dignity and truth.

Step 1: Share Memories

You begin by completing a short inquiry and interview form. It’s designed to guide you through the memories, stories, and details that matter most, without overwhelming you.

You can share as much or as little as you’re able. Some families write paragraphs. Others offer a few bullet points. Both are perfectly fine.

Step 2: Crafting the Tribute

Using your memories, I begin shaping the tribute. This is where tone, structure, and emotional clarity come together. I focus on:

  • The truth of who they were
  • The moments that defined them
  • The voice and personality you want reflected
  • The balance between emotion and steadiness

Every tribute is written to be spoken aloud with confidence and grace.

Step 3: Review & Refine

You receive a full draft to review. This is your chance to adjust tone, add details, or remove anything that doesn’t feel right. Most families request small refinements, a phrase here, a memory there and I make those changes quickly and cleanly.

This step ensures the tribute feels unmistakably true to your loved one.

Step 4: Final Delivery

Once the tribute is complete, you receive a polished final version, ready for reading at a funeral, memorial service, celebration of life, or private gathering.

You’ll have a tribute that carries their story with dignity, clarity, and emotional steadiness.

You don’t need to have the “right words.” You don’t need to be ready. You just need to begin. I’ll help you carry the rest.
